Boarding of long articles with stripper
 
Machine for boarding of thick stockings and medical stockings, leggings, pullover sleeves, composed of:

- a carrousel with 15 form legs with device allowing to change the form legs within a few minutes,

- rotating system at the loading station in order to facilitate the loading of the articles and to allow inspection

- steam shells under a pressure adjustable from 0 to 3 bars

- very performing drying tunnel with 7 positions, operating with electricity or steam

- automatic stripper for legs with laying onto a conveyor or a circle

Indicative consumptions according to the configuration chosen:

Electricity: 5 – 20 KW/h
Steam: 50 – 100 kg/h
Compressed air: 10 – 12 m3/h

Weight: abt. 2,500 kg

Minimum cycle: 5 sec.
