Very compact machine, without chain, composed of:

- a carrousel supporting 15 form legs with very quick changing device for the form legs

- steam shells under a pressure adjustable from 0 to 3 bars

The dimensions of the autoclave have, thanks to a particular design, been reduced to the maximum in order to have a good treatment combined with energy savings

- very performing drying tunnel with 5 positions

- length control before the autoclave
- finishing press for the articles at the outlet of the drying chamber
- automatic stripper by unit with rackets with possibility to adjust the number of articles in each pile
- drying tunnel heated by steam
- steaming press

Indicative consumptions according to the type of configuration chosen:

Electricity: 4 – 12 KW/h
Steam: 30 – 40 kg/h
Compressed air: 4 – 9 m3/h

Weight: abt. 2,500 kg

Minimum cycle: 3.6 sec.

In order to meet any requirement, this very economical machine in terms of price and energy costs, which can easily be commissioned by the user, is also available with presses in replacement of the autoclave and/or the drying tunnel, with steaming or spraying device, a small boiler, etc….
