Boarding
machine for socks made of any fibres presently available on the market,
composed of:
- a machine base with automatic lubrication of the chain supporting
24 form legs with pneumatic changing device of the form legs
- a length control before the autoclave, which allows to position the
articles before they are fixed
- very efficient steam shells under a pressure adjustable from 0 to
3 bars effective, one of the steam shells can be tilted over to facilitate
maintenance and to considerably reduce the time of intervention
- a very performing drying tunnel enabling to eliminate over 50 % residual
moisture, which can be operated either by electricity or steam or both,
allowing, thanks to its specific design to dry at low temperature and
therefore not only to preserve the quality of fibres but also to reduce
the energy costs
- a finishing press for 2 articles at the outlet of the drier
- a precise automatic stripper with rackets and conveyor enables to
strip and lay down the articles with precision, even very small socks.
3 possible orientations of the conveyor and selection of the number
of articles in a pile
