Boarding machine of very high quality for socks made of any fibres, composed of:

- base of machine with 24 form legs with pneumatic changing device of the form legs

- automatic lubrication of the chain

- display showing the article code and many other parameters

- length control before the autoclave, which allows to position the articles before they are fixed

- steam shells under a pressure adjustable from 0 to 3 bars effective.

This machine allows obtaining an even better treatment thanks to the double passage of each article in the steam shells.

- very performing drying tunnel allowing to eliminate over 50% residual moisture, which can operate with electricity, steam or both, and thanks to its specific design to dry at low temperature in order to preserve the quality of the fibres and to reduce energy costs

- a finishing press at the outlet of the drying chamber

- a patented automatic stripper with conveyor, allowing to strip articles with standard inclination of the foot by unit and to bring them either to our stacker or our transfer device allowing to superimpose 2 articles with precision and to position them on a packaging machine
